ANNUAL SCAVENGER HUNT / FISH FRY

 

  SCAVENGER HUNT & FISH FRY

        Date: June 1st, 4pm, 

                   TICKETS $27  

6:30pm—ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT Catfish & Chicken Dinner catered by Riverside Catering.          Location:  Balboa Pavilion

Please join us an exciting evening of excitement, adventure, competition, and delicious food!

THE GREAT BOOMERS HUNT 4pm

-Must have one digital cell phone with NEW APP (Scavvy) down-loaded for each team.  Everyone can download app so they can follow the event even if not playing. 

-App features missions, area with each mission with your pics, leaderboard, no time stamp needed last picture will be timestamped, app completes event when time is up. 

-One vehicle per team of 4-5 members, captain only does pics on each mission, but all can follow missions on their phones. Register as individual, Captain will sign up team and members when you arrive at event.  Individuals without teams will be put together at check-in.

-You will have 1 hour to complete the hunt—team with the most points wins a cash prize and bragging rights.

-Bring your team or we will put a team together for you.

FISH FRY & FUN — 6:30

Not interested in the game? No problem!  You can still join us for an amazing all-you-can-eat catfish and chicken dinner while enjoying our favorite tunes on Boomers Rock Sound System.

The dinner will consist of catfish, chicken, hushpuppies, French fries, coleslaw, baked beans and tea.

Please bring beverages of your choice to enjoy.  REGISTRATION WILL OPEN May 1st.\ ENDS MAY 27TH 

Instructions/rules and game code will be given out at the event!

This is a MEMBERS ONLY EVENT.  NO Pets Allowed.  If you have friends that wanna join us have them join the club.  All guests must be members!

MAKE SURE YOUR CELL PHONES ARE FULLY CHARGED FOR THIS EVENT!!!
