    • Balboa Beach Pavilion

    • Grove Park

    • Pickleball Recreation Building

    • Townhouse Association Recreation building

    • Ponce de Leon Center

    • Multiple golf courses/restaurants

    • Lake Cortez pavilion

    • Using non-POA spaces when available

      • Catholic Church

      • Trademark Realty office space
