Boomers Day at the Races

Want to see the horses run at Oaklawn's Racetrack? Join your Boomer friends for a "Day at the Races" on Saturday, May 7th and enjoy the food, fun, and racing. You don't have to bet. You can see the horses in the paddock and watch them run. There are plenty of places to grab one of their famous corned beef sandwiches or other great fare for lunch.

We are reserving tickets for grandstand seats. The cost for a grandstand seat is $5.00. Please register and reserve your seat.

If you have never been to the horse races, this will be a great chance to go with friends to see what all the excitement is about!

There are cards available at the information desk that will provide you all the information you need to help you place a bet. There will also be plenty of Boomers who are seasoned bettors to help you.

This special day at the races is also Kentucky Derby Race Day. You can place bets on the big race in Kentucky and watch the Derby on the big screen.

Because of the anticipated crowd on this race day in May, we must give Oaklawn our ticket count the afternoon of April 1st.

Registration for this event will close at noon on April 1st.

For this event non-member guests are welcome.
