DeSoto Blvd Clean-up Day

It is time for our winter clean-up of DeSoto Blvd.  Please sign up!

Boomer’s Rock has volunteered to participate in this Winter cleanup in support of the Village "Keep HSV Beautiful" committee.  We will clean up DeSoto Blvd between the west gate and Carmona Rd.

We will all meet up in the parking lot in the front of the Desoto Club at 10:00 am on Wednesday, Jan 13^th.  Volunteers will be assigned approximately a 1/2 mile section of road to clean up. 

Note:  If the weather forecast is nasty, we will reschedule the event for the next decent day.

Please maintain social distancing when checking in.

We will provide trash bags, high-visibility vests, and bottled water. You should plan to wear work gloves and sturdy shoes/boots.  You will need to bring a stick with a "grabber" on the end or any other tool to use to pick up trash & cigarette butts.

The event should take about an hour.
