3rd Annual Fall Classic Golf Tournament- New Location

NEW LOCATION: CORTEZ GOLF COURSE

Please join your Boomer friends for our 3rd annual fall classic golf tournament. We will play an 18-hole scramble at the Cortez Golf Course. Teams will consist of different skill level players to make sure all teams are evenly matched. If you need to be on the same team with a spouse/partner, you will need to let us know. 

Because of Covid-19, we will be doing things a little different this year. We are not allowed a shotgun start. With each team having a tee time, gathering after our round as a group will be difficult. I will be on the patio to gather your score cards after your round. You are welcomed to stay and enjoy a bite to eat and drinks. I realize not everyone would want to stay until the last team gets done. I will send out prizes to those members that have won and are not present.

Please check in with me and get the rules for this outing when you arrive. I will be outside the pro shop. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your tee time. I will publish teams and tee times for this four-person scramble four days before the event. 

Cost of the prize fund is $5. We will also be giving out several door prizes. You do not need to be present to win.

Golfers are asked to provide their typical score for 18 holes. We are not using a GHIN handicap since several players do not use or update the GHIN system. Men will play from the tees they normally use and women will play from the gold tees. Please provide your POA number when you register. You are responsible for the cost of your golf.

We will be following all the Covid-19 health and safety guidelines of the state of Arkansas and the POA. Please do not forget your mask!
