Boomer's Kayaking

Join your fellow boomers on beautiful Lake Cortez for a social time of kayaking. Beginners and experienced kayakers are welcome. 

We have several kayakers that do not own a kayak, yet. If you have an extra kayak, would you consider bringing it so a fellow kayaker could use it?  Please contact me or Marinda.

For those who do not have a kayak, we can try to borrow kayaks, I will check with Waypoint to see if we can rent several & they can transport them.  Waypoint rental is $10 an hour. 

Please register so we have a count of those that will be joining us. 

We will follow all safety guidelines. Please social distance, wear life jackets and you should be able to swim.

This is a new small group. It will meet every 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month. To join this group, please go to your membership profile page under small group participation to select Boomer Kayakers. 

For future events, we are looking into kayak trails in the area.
