Village Clean Up Day

EVENT CANCELED DUE TO COVID-19 THREAT

It's that time again to show our support for the Village "Keep HSV Beautiful" committee by picking up the litter on the HSV well traveled streets. We will have 2 events, one on the east side and one on the west side of the village. Our continued participation helps maintain our good relationship with the POA and presents a positive image to the community.

The EAST group will meet in the parking lot of the Ponce country club at 9am on Monday Mar 30th. From there we will split up in groups and pick up the road litter on Ponce De Leon Dr. We will also clean up the Balboa Beach & Spillway area.

NOTE: The West group will meet Wed. Apr 1st. You need to register separately for that event if you want to help both days.

We will provide trash bags and high-visibility vests for you to wear. You should plan to wear work gloves and sturdy shoes/boots. If you have a stick with a "grabber" on the end or any other tool to use to pick up trash & cigarette butts, please bring it. Don't forget the bug spray!

The event should take about an hour.
