White Wine Mushroom Reduction and au jus

Salmon filet lightly seasoned and pan-seared in garlic butter 

Yukon Gold Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Buttery Yukon Gold Potatoes blended with butter, cream, cheddar, green onions and crispy bacon crumble 

Steamed Broccoli & Baby Carrots

Fresh broccoli florets and baby carrots seasoned with a touch of butter

Garden fresh salad of mixed greens

Freshly-baked dinner rolls

Please bring your own adult beverages to enjoy. We will provide ice, setups, cups, water and coffee at our beverage station. Of course, we will be serving champagne at midnight to toast the New Year.

Providing our favorite tunes for the evening is DJ Mary, professional DJ from Little Rock. She will make sure the place rocks all night long. When you register, please tell us your favorite song so we can add it to the playlist.

Come in Festive Holiday Attire, no denim please. We will provide the party hats, tiaras and horns.

The cost for this unbelievable evening is $36 per person.

There is limited seating for this fabulous evening. Please register early. Because of the limited seating, this event is for Boomers Rock Members Only. All guests must also be members.

 Directions: At the four way stop at the corner of DeSoto, Calella and Valencia, turn onto Valencia Way. Take first left off of Valencia onto Perralena Way and then right on Perralena Lane. Parking for the THA is on right in front of building and along Perralena Way.
