Boomers Wine and Dine

Share with your Boomer friends a night of fabulous food and fine wine. Chef Elan will be preparing a fantastic menu for your enjoyment. 

This special evening will start out with cocktails on the patio so you can mingle with your friends. The cash bar will be available all evening for your favorite beverages.

Dinner will follow and will be the star of the night.

Starter: Wildwood Mushroom Risotto - a variety of wild mushrooms sautéed in olive oil, onion, and garlic, tossed with Arborio rice and finished with parmesan cheese. Lightly dusted with black truffle powder.

Entrée: Surf and Turf - 6oz filet cooked to a perfect temperature, accompanied by a 4oz Chilean Sea Bass, topped with lemon butter sauce. Served with lemon seared broccolini.

Dessert: Bite sized New York cheesecake with raspberry drizzle or Chocolate Molten Lava Cake.

To ensure the food is hot and fresh, Chef Elan will be preparing our dinner onsite in the Coronado Center's kitchen.

We will be providing two types of wine for your enjoyment; Pinot Grigio and Cabernet Sauvignon. Please select your choice when you register.

The cost for this awesome evening is $38.50. No tickets will be sold after Wednesday, August 2nd. Register early to guarantee your seat.

Door prize of 2 tickets to Woodlands will be given away.

In case of bad weather (too hot or rain), we will move inside to the Coronado Center's auditorium.
