Howl-o-ween Bash

UPDATE: MOVED INSIDE TO AUDITORIUM

We have had a couple of spots open up. We are opening registration back up. Due to cold weather we will be partying inside. We will continue to follow social distancing with tables 6 feet apart and mask wearing. We will be dancing to great music and eating great food from Home Plate followed by fabulous desserts.

A Blue Hunter's Moon: What a Night!

Normally, we would be announcing Spoooktacular VI. But this is not normal times. We cannot put 200 members in the Coronado Center with a live band, outstanding costumes and lots of dancing. We need to do something outside with a smaller crowd and lots of social distancing. 

This year we will be having a Howl-o-ween Bash. We will be outside on and around the Coronado Patio and will be limiting it to only 60 members. It is going to be an awesome night to be outdoors with a rare blue moon and a hunter's moon. We will be howling when we see the moon. Costumes are optional but Face Masks are not!

We will have food catered in by Home Plate who will serve you your delicious fare. There will be an outside bar to get your favorite libations. We will have some awesome desserts to finish your meal. 

We will be setting up our PA sound system and playing your favorite dance tunes from our Boomers Rock playlists. You will be able to request your favorite song by texting your choice to the DJs. We will have different areas set up for dancing to enable more social distancing. 

We will not be having a costume contest this year. We will have several door prizes to give out during the evening. 

Guidelines for this event:

1. Number of attendees allowed on the patio is 60.

2. Tables will be spaced 6 feet apart. 

3. You MUST wear a mask when checking in, standing in line for food or anytime you can not maintain 6 feet distancing. You may remove your mask while sitting at your table. 

We will be following all Arkansas and POA Covid-19 guidelines. If you feel you can not comply with these guidelines, please do not register for this event. Our members safety is our first priority.

The cost for this howling experience is $16 per person.

This event is for members only. All guests MUST also be members.
